Ha - I can think of many things I'd like to drown Mr Gates in, but Pina Colada wouldn't be one of them - much too nice to waste on him..! :)

You must be one of the rare few who 'get' Office 2007. The introduction of Office 2007 frustrated me so much I moved to Open Office..!

Unfortunately I still have to use 2007 sometimes because people send me Office 2007 docs and Open Office hasn't caught up yet (or if it has I haven't woken up to the fact).

Cheers,

Martin.

I relate totally Martin. I'd begun a major infrastructure project and kicked off creating all the project documentation in Office 2003, and very proficient at it I might add. Then the wondrous upgrade to Office 2007 occurred and I was scrambling to learn where all the functions lived. I had a picture in my mind of Mr. Gates sitting on a beach somewhere, sipping a pina colada and giggling to himself as he visualized the frenzy of new learning. I really did amaze myself. Before long I had it figured out and even if it was brought about by the fact that I'd be fired if I didn't produce the goods, the upside was, I learned Office 2007 and added another feather to my already very feathered cap. The biggest kick for me was teaching others on the project, how to navigate their way around this very different, "looks nothing like 2003" creation. We had many laughs and if our visualizing was anything to go on, Mr Gates would have drowned in an overdose of pina coladas long before we were carted off in little white vans.
